Green Factor Insulation concentrates on saving energy in homes by providing insulation upgrades, replacement windows, energy audits, and complete home weatherization. As we've grown, we've expanded our services and have become a leader in Lawrence, Kansas City, and the surrounding Northeastern Kansas area for Home Improvement Energy Efficiency needs. Our Energy Consultants help identify a home’s most inefficient areas and make recommendations to improve Energy Efficiency, Comfort, Health, and Save You Money! At Green Factor Insulation, we take pride in providing on-time, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Our small local business continues to grow, and we need quality workers to join our team. Green Factor Insulation Installers will work on a variety of projects across Kansas in both Residential and Commercial settings, both in New Construction and Existing Structures. Training will be provided, but construction experience is a plus. If you're a dedicated worker, who doesn’t mind getting dirty, We Want To Talk To You!

Great work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to get dirty, and ability to give excellent customer service is superior to any amount of experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Understand the Company’s Vision, Mission, Values, Goals, Strategies and Action Plans

• Installing Insulation Attics, Walls, Crawlspaces, etc.

• Minor Carpentry Work – must be able to safely use circular & reciprocating saws and other power tools

• Ability to lift and move heavy items

Position Requirements

• Must be a motivated hard worker

• Must be able and willing to fit into tight spaces

• Must be able to work at heights

• Willingness to travel

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Must be able to keep work area clean and organized

• Must have own basic tools

• Must be able to work in all elements; including extreme hot and cold temperatures, snow, and rain

• Must be willing to work long hours

• Construction or Insulation experience is a plus
• Drug test and background check required
