This customer had just purchased a new HVAC system in 2018 but was still having high untility bills. We discovered a poorly insulated attic with uninsulated ductwork. Our insulation team removed all the existing insulation, air sealed the floor and ductwork, and then installed fresh insulation throughout the entire attic.
